Shipping & Delivery

Effective October 22, 2026. We currently serve delivery addresses in the contiguous United States. Alaska, Hawaii, territories, international addresses, and PO boxes are not currently supported.

Processing and delivery

Our target processing time is 2–4 business days after an order is accepted and payment is confirmed. Estimated standard transit is 5–10 business days after dispatch. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Weekends and public holidays are excluded. The delivery estimate and any shipping charge must be shown before payment; there are no undisclosed handling fees.

Tracking and delays

We email tracking information when available. If we cannot ship within the stated timeframe, we will contact you with an updated date and offer the choice to accept the delay or cancel the unshipped items for a full refund. We do not replace your right to cancel with store credit.

Address errors and delivery problems

Check your delivery address before ordering. Contact us immediately to request a correction; changes after dispatch may not be possible. If tracking shows a missing, damaged, or incorrect delivery, contact us promptly so we can investigate with the carrier and arrange the appropriate remedy. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Shipping charges and taxes

Available shipping rates and applicable taxes are disclosed at checkout before an order is placed. If no delivery rate is available, contact customer care; do not send payment by email.

Current checkout status

Online payment processing is not enabled yet. Product listings and the cart are available for browsing, but no card payment can be completed until a payment provider is connected.
